| Hello to the Villas of Palm Springs, We want to congratulate the leadership for to professionalism that is displayed at the Villas of Palm Springs. Recently we stayed one week there and truly enjoyed it. Room E4 was very very clean, the personnel do and did a great job not only keeping the room clean but are available constantly to provide whatever one request. Everything in room E4 worked perfect, to the best of my memory. The large window was cracked and when we reported it too Ms. Patsy she immediately sought a repair person to remove and replace the window glass after we left room E4. Ms. Patsy and her assistant are truly excellent with customer service skills. The landscaping personnel also do an excellent job ensuring a terrific job in maintaining such a beautiful view of everything. - Thanks for everything.
